About me
I don’t hide behind agile principles or complicated words to describe my profession. Product management is about minimising risk and maximising product success probability. Within this frame, it is a dynamic role that needs to match your organisation’s and team’s needs. I don’t disrupt organisations – unless you want me to – but help them to evolve to effective product organisations. I’ve worked with dozens of organisations and know many of the road blocks. Typical symptoms are dissatisfied stakeholders, slow delivery, or features missing market demand.
I bring a wide range of domain knowledge and a big toolbox to help you succeed. However, I always try to operate from first principles. Let’s not follow Scrum rituals for the sake of it. Instead, I try to be effective and efficient in everything I do with a mix of creative ideation, strategic and analytical thinking and empathy. As bridge between technology and business, I like Excel and Python.
